Funk Metal Works designs and manufactures custom metal products, décor, fabrication pieces, and related goods. We provide sales, customer support, shipping services, and custom fabrication services for residential and commercial customers throughout the United States.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders may be placed through the Site, by email, phone, or other approved methods.

We accept major payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Payment must be completed before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment authorization fails or fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

Funk Metal Works is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned items.

Orders canceled after production has started may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, videos, and other materials, is the property of Funk Metal Works or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent.
